First Aid Training

This training program equips individuals with the knowledge and skills to provide basic first aid care in emergency situations. Participants will learn how to:

2. Provide basic life support (BLS)
3. Treat wounds and injuries
4. Manage medical conditions

Training Outcomes

Participants who successfully complete the training may receive a certificate of completion, which is valid for a specified period (usually 3 years). Certification is often required for workplace first aiders.

Regulatory Requirements

First aid training is regulated by the South African Department of Labour and the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA). Employers are required to provide first aid training for employees in certain industries. DoL CI Number is critical).
